Biohazard operation Raccoon City is a third-person shooter game that tries to offer thrilling team missions on the classic city streets of Capcom series, but fails miserably in the controls. The gameplay entirely ignores all the advances made since “Resident Evil 4″ and presents a tough and unfinished version of mechanics as generic as possible in games of 3rd-person shooter.
