DeLonghi Nescafe Dolce Gusto Creativa Plus Coffeemaker was a gift from my son after admiring his while visiting him in Europe 2 yrs ago. I just read someplace that the Nestle Dolce Gusto brand will be the best-selling coffee/machine in Europe.

The machine gets hotter quickly and takes about one minute to generate a hot 10 oz cup, even though it can easily make more without having to wait for it to reheat. Plus it looks cool in my countertop.

The quality of the coffee is great. I’ve sampled all of the flavours and enjoy Intenso Grande and Caramel the most effective. It’s great to be able to make just how much I need – no longer stale coffee sitting endlessly on a warmer or needing to toss cold leftovers.

After using mine for almost couple of years I just noticed the rubber o-ring in the top section was deteriorating, altering water flow. It turned out simple to find just the right sized o-ring on the home improvement store and not too difficult to replace it as I fortunately have hands small enough to fit through the opening.
